Come meet me in NYC!

Plus my favorite blooper yet (and it's not mine!)

Good Morning! Let’s talk good news in women’s health!

Welcome to the many who have registered since the last newsletter was published. For long time subscribers, no, you did not miss an issue. I decided to take a breather and focus on training for the NYC marathon 🥵, attend the HLTH conference to hear about the latest healthcare innovations 🎉, and digest the outcome of the US Presidential election.

👋 Will you be in NYC on December 4th? Join me and fellow panelists as we talk about navigating perimenopause and menopause. Sign up here.

I'll be joining Jayla Health's Launch Event as a Panelist Speaker on Wed, Dec 4th. Jayla Health is a virtual clinic for menopausal care, doing amazing work in the women's health space and the event is being hosted by VSPOT, the experts in intimate health! You can RSVP here, hope to see you there!

🙏🏼🙏🏼 Have you heard of Resolve: The National Infertility Association? If you or someone you know is struggling with building your family due to infertility, this is the organization to check out. I had the honor of attending their recent Night of Hope Gala and got to witness so many advocates and experts share their important work. And I got to thank them in person for cheering me on during the marathon!

😂😂 Best Ever Blooper!!!!! Carrie Koziol was a guest on Fempower Health and spoke about diastasis rectus abdominus, which is essentially when your abs “separate” due to pregnancy. Don’t worry - it is preventable and if you have it, there is help!

Thank you for supporting Fempower Health 💗
